We have a number of independent artists participating in Yarn Harvest. They don’t usually have a board-and-bricks storefront of their own, but are active in online sales and sometimes have their stock available in select local yarn shops. We invited them to participate in Yarn Harvest as way to introduce them to you.
Participating Yarn Harvest Artists include:
Gaia’s Colours Fibre Arts
Hand-dyed yarns and spinning fibre
Original knitting patterns
Designer of several lace shawl patterns, including the popular Calais lace shawl
We recently featured a photo of Judy’s contributions to the Yarn Harvest prize draw a few days ago. Judy’s patterns are available at 88 Stitches.
Quo Vadis Handspun
Earth-friendly dyed yarns and handspun.
Quo Vadis is offering a 10% discount for Yarn Harvest participants and if you order before 8am on Harvest Day, you can make special arrangements to pick up your order at Black Sheep while on Harvest! You’ll be able to see Quo Vadis at Black Sheep.
Yarn Candy Sweet Fibre
Art-dyed yarns, stitch markers, beaded pins. Yarn Candy products are available through 88 Stitches.

(“What about Sweet Georgia?” I hear you asking. Sweet Georgia is opening her studio specially for Yarn Crawl and was included in the storefront list we posted earlier.)
